Financing Mechanisms will be addressed in one of the parallel events during the fourth edition of "ICT 4 All Forum-Tunis+4" in Hammamet (Tunisia) that will take place 24th and 25th November 2009 to deal with developing ICT activities.

The Open Consultations on Financing Mechanisms for Meeting the Challenges of ICT for Development were held on 8-9 October 2009 at Palexpo, Geneva. The meeting was hosted by the ITU and jointly organized by the UNGIS Chair and Vice-Chairs, i.e. ITU, UNESCO, UNCTAD, UNECA and UNDP and was open to all WSIS stakeholders.
